Duties and Areas of Responsibilities
• To implement Sales Management and Wholesaler Management System for effective management of the operation.
• To train, coach and develop the regional sales force to help strengthen and retain a motivated sales team. Also to provide feedback on training needs for the team.
• To manage the distributors, constantly track and review their performances and drive them toward establishing distribution network, developing the business and help achieving the regional targets.
• To identity business opportunities at the regional level and develop business strategies to realize the sales potential.
• To observe and develop appropriate channel strategies to cater to the needs of various trade channels.
• To understand and respond to competitive activities and initiate and recommend actions to counter-act in order to help protect our market position.
• To plan and allocate resources to optimize cost effectiveness of operation and maximize efficiency.
• Responsible for regional office management
Education:
University degree in any discipline.
Experience:
8 years experience in sales during which at least 5 years at managerial level
