岗位职责:
1. Lead safety (WISE) training through line managers, coordinate with regional HR Manager/Supervisor to support RSD on safety. 2. Plan and execute regional sales training programs: - Build annual training plan and budget with RSD and Regional HR Manager. Own regional sales training plan and tracking record. - Work with RSD and National Sales Training Manager to ensure quality delivery of planed trainings on time. - Ensure proper process of training & field coaching are in place in the region. 3. Build Regional sales training organization: - Validate, train, coach, and motivate the internal training team for the region. - Work as internal trainer to deliver training to AM above when needed. 4. Support course development: - Collect training needs for the frontline sales team as well as supporting team in the region - Get feedback on existing courses for the Region - Participate in course design, coordinate new course pilot /test. 5. Collect and share sales best practices in the region or nationally.
任职资格的具体描述:
- University graduate prefered - At least 5 year professional experience in a multinational company or other large organization in sales positions. - At least 1 year at managerial position with proved outstanding performance - Good understanding on FMCG business operation and business management
